This beautiful Meg garter is a simpler version, handmade using the same beautiful lace and slotted with gorgeous silk ribbon, lined with silk, sprinkled with crystals and embellished with fine trailing bows and a crystal drop.
You can personalise inside with your names and wedding date too! (Please note, one picture shows the inside of the Meghan wedding garter set with hand-embroidered silk ribbon roses on the outside)
I've had some gorgeous Nottingham lace made, a shimmering viscose thread on an antique style cotton net...
When I placed my order it was coming up to the Royal Wedding of Meghan and Harry. Chatting to the manufacturer about previous Royal weddings they had supplied lace for, I had in my mind that I'd make a beautiful wedding garter set, fit for a princess and blog about the process...

Amazing item- was not disappointed. The seller was fantastic at answering all of my questions and sent over photos to help me visualise the finished item as I wanted green ribbon to match the wedding colours. Chose this garter as it was made with Nottingham lace. As my home city I felt it made the gift even more special for my friend who lives in Hertfordshire. The only disappointment was having to pay extra for it to come boxed. I would have hoped that spending this kind of money in an item it would have been included in the price.

Catherine was incredibly helpful and allowed me to have the perfect garter by giving me different options according to what I required to match the wedding’s colours.
